Microblading Contraindications

If You Suffer From Any Of The Following We Can Not Microblade Your Brows:

  • Allergic reaction to anaesthetics. PLEASE REQUEST AN ALLERGY PATCH TEST 72HOURS BEFOREHAND IF YOU ARE CONCERNED
  • Pregnant or Breastfeeding
  • Sugar Diabetes Type1
  • High Blood Pressure Stages 2-3
  • Blood Disease (Anaemia, Leukaemia)
  • Eyebrow Skin Disease (Herpes, Boils, Psoriasis, Eczema on brows, eyelids orforehead, Severe Rosacea)
  • Tendency to form Keloids and Pigmentation (When cuts or pimples heal do theyform Keloid scars or pigmentation spots?)
  • If you are using Roacutane, Any strong Retinoids or Acne medication we can onlydo the treatment 6months after termination of such treatments
  • Wait at least 6 weeks to Microblade after having had general anesthetic
  • Wait at least 4 weeks before Microblading if you have had Botox or Fillers aroundthe eye area
  • If you are busy undergoing Chemotherapy
  • Waxing and electrolysis can be done 5 days PRIOR and from 4 weeks AFTERMicroblading.
  • If you suffer from Epilepsy, Cancer, Autoimmune Disorders, Circulatory Disorders orany bleeding Disorders please provide a Doctor’s Consent Form BEFORE the procedure
  • If you are taking any blood thinning medication
  • Any existing Permanent Making needs to be assessed beforehand to see whetherMicroblading will be possible. Please send your therapist a picture of your brows
  • Broken/Damaged skin on the eyebrows including Sunburn, After Waxing (wait 5days), After Chemical Peel (wait two weeks)
